How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to process your return:

Log In: Go to the Returns Portal or contact sales team and enter your email address and order number.

Select Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason.

Get a Label: We’ll instantly email you a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items, include the completed form, attach the label, and drop it at any UPS location.
Return Methods & Costs

Prepaid Label (EU,US & Canada): We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the label ($7.95) will be deducted from your refund total.

Self-Ship: You are welcome to ship your return using your own preferred carrier. Please note: You are responsible for the shipping cost, and we recommend using a trackable and insured service. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.
Refund Information

Processing Time: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company’s processing time, but it is typically 3-10 business days.

Deductions: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you used a prepaid return label, that cost will also be deducted.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’re sorry if your item arrived with a flaw! Please contact our Customer Experience team within 7 days of delivery at info@costabull.com with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description.
We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you (subject to availability) or process a full refund, including any shipping charges. A prepaid return label for the defective item will be provided.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the size or color you need as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one for a refund. This is much faster than a traditional exchange process.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or in your cart.

Accessories (e.g., goats, Drinks, Japanese whisky).

Any item that does not meet our return condition policy (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags).
International Returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional charges. Refunds will be issued in GBP,USD or Euro, which may result in a slight variance from the original amount paid due to fluctuating exchange rates.
