This Highland distillery is renowned for its sweet whiskies and this bottling from Hunter Laing doesn’t disappoint. As a single cask bottling it is certainly limited, with just 296 bottles ever created. A sweet vanilla and strawberry nose gives way to a palate of green apples and caramel. As with all the Old Malt Cask range they are non-chill filtered. A real treat.
